Service Description
Overview: It is important that you and your management team clearly understand your duties and responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA). This seminar will guide you through these duties and responsibilities as per the HSWA terminology. The seminar will challenge your knowledge and understanding of the HSWA and supporting regulations. It will provide opportunities for you to raise and discuss any issues or concerns relevant to your workplace and consider practicable solutions to address these. Outcomes: 1. Have a clear understanding of duties as a PCBU or Officer of the PCBU; 2. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation; 3. Demonstrate awareness of notifications, fines, and penalties.
