Service Description
The course consists of three modules. Key learning objectives: 1. Gain an understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015) and how it applies to your role 2. Learn how to effectively fulfill your role as an HSR 3. Learn how to promote and foster constructive worker involvement in health and safety matters 4. Learn how to encourage open and honest communication and consultation between the PCBU and workers 5. Learn how to work with the person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) to promote and foster successful health and safety management systems amongst members of the workforce. 6. An overview of the HSR powers given under the Act. You will not be able to use these powers after completion of this course.
