Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

NZBA continues to follow the guidelines of the Covid-19 Protection Framework (CPF), in line with Workplace Training's Covid-19 Risk Assessment. 

 

We require all learners, clients, visitors, team members and suppliers on our premises and those at client sites where we deliver our training, assessment or consultancy services to adhere to current CPF traffic light setting protocols. 

What this means for you.

NZBA requires anyone who enters our premises and those at client sites where we deliver our training, assessment or consultancy services to complete our Covid-19 Health Declaration before attending, and once on-site, wear a mask and socially distance to help keep us all Covid-19 free.

NZBA On-site Entry Requirements:

  • Complete our Covid-19 Health Declaration (Pre-entry); and

  • Socially distance at a minimum of 1m;

  • Wear a face mask; OR

  • Provide evidence of a negative Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test result on the day of your session.

Booking with NZBA

When making an online booking, you or the person making the booking on your behalf will be asked to complete our Covid-19 Health Declaration.

Mask Exemptions

If you have a mask exception, please provide evidence of a negative Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test result on the day of your session.

 

At location services

For training / assessments at a client’s own venue/site, NZBA will adhere to the client’s requirements. As part of the booking process, NZBA will require you to complete our Covid-19 Health Declaration and wear a mask or provide evidence of a negative Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test result on the day of your session should you have a mask exception.

Privacy

Collection of data relating to an attendee’s Covid-19 Health Declaration at time of booking training and / or assessment on our website or at signing in at our premises will be securely stored within NZBA’s document management system, but no medical documentation is stored. Collection of this data is available to limited NZBA team members only as is relevant and specific to the learner, client, visitor, supplier or other stakeholder’s presence on our premises. This information will not be shared with any third party.

 

Health and Safety Protocols
